Just opened, Affinity Fine Art is a new art gallery on the High Street in the beautiful Somerset town of Castle Cary. Owners Peb & Trish Burfoot, both practicing artists, previously ran a gallery in North Norfolk and the gallery showcases an interesting mix of work collected from East Anglia to Cornwall.

A number of shows are planned featuring the work of contemporary painters, sculptors, print makers, ceramicists and jewellers, both local and from further afield.

Current artists work on show includes John Brenton, Ben Simons, Clare Shepherd, John Jelfs, Jude Jelfs, Louise Bird, Kerry Buck, Rosemary cook, Paul Jenkins, Jeannie Gilbert, Dartington Pottery, Colin Bygrave, Amanda Ray, Alasdair Lindsay, Sam Jukes, Lily Sawtell and Katherine Winfrey.
